1. When are your classes?
   We have the Heartsavers and "BLS for Healthcare Providers" classes Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings at 6:30pm. American Heart Association certification cards are given out at the end of class. If our current schedule doesn't work for you, we can schedule a 1-on-1 class during the week or week-end. Call (313)486-1011 for more information.


2. Do You travel?
   We sure do; we cover the entire Detroit area, including Warren, Livonia, and outlying areas.


3. What is an AED?
   An AED is a device about the size of a laptop computer that analyzes the heart's rhythm for any abnormalities and, if necessary, directs the rescuer to deliver an electrical shock to the victim. This shock, called defibrillation, may help the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm of its own.


4. Do you offer Automated External Defibrillator(AED) training?
   Yes; all of our classes include the AED component.


5. After completing the class, which organization will I be certified through?
   You will be certified through the American Heart Association. American Heart Association certification is valid for two years.


6. I need my CPR card right away. Do I receive my card as soon as I successfully complete the CPR training course?
   Yes. You'll receive your card at the end of class.


7. How much is this going to cost me?
   The "BLS for Healthcare Providers" and Heartsaver scheduled classes are $67.00
   1-on-1 classes on other days are $87.00


8. I need an American Red Cross certification. Can you do those, too?
   We sure can; although we don't hold regularly scheduled ARC classes, we can do a 1-on-1 ARC certification class.
